Description

Sports drama movie centers on a high school track team and their coach. The team is completely made up of Latinos, and coached by a coach who has changed jobs frequently, thus landing him at a struggling school. He soon finds that the students have great running abilities and fields a remarkable track team despite the odds. The coach must overcome the social issues of the 1980s in order to win a track championship with his team.
